	These cottages each have their own unique charm. If you are looking for a cottage to rent anytime of the year, we're sure that one or the other will be perfect. One is located on Lake of Bays in Muskoka, and the other is secluded and overlooks Georgian Bay near Thornbury in the town of the Blue Mountains. 	For your stay at Stratheid Lodge or Fern's Outlook:
	25-50% deposit at the time of booking. Fully refundable in the event of a cancellation if we can rent the cottage for the entire period of your intended stay.
	Balance a few days before you arrive or upon arrival if you've stayed with us before. Cash or cheques only.
	Bed sheets, pillow cases, facecloths, towels, dishcloths, dishtowels, toiletries, food and beverages.
	CD's, DVD's, video tapes, books, and a vacation smile.
	Once we have received the deposit you will get directions and a written receipt confirming the date and duration of your stay.
	A security deposit is required and may be partially used as a cleaning charge if the cottage is unusually dirty.
	Special Note: Stratheid Lodge - Garbage and recycled material must be taken to the local dump located 3KMS from the cottage. Fern's Outlook - One bag of garbage and any recycled material to be placed in the bin at the end of the road. A second bag of garbage can be placed out using a township approved label. All remaining garbage must be taken to the dump.
